Our most senior and experienced craftsmen will personally greet you, gather initial information about your client’s project, and coordinate a time for a complimentary consultation at our shop in Historic Tuckahoe with you and your client.
STEP 2
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We’ll formally meet with you and your client and review pictures of their space, take note of their must-haves and must-avoids, explore inspirational pictures to establish an aesthetic direction, and discuss rough cost estimates and desired timelines. After this introduction, we’ll take over the full management of the project. This way, it’s one less thing for you to worry about, and your client will be in capable hands.
STEP 3
DESIGN CONTRACT
One of our craftsmen will collect precise measurements of your client’s project space, and our team will develop a proposal. Proposals include detailed shop drawings, finish, appliance and accessory selections, work by our trade partners, costs, and a detailed timeline.
STEP 4
building THE project
Upon signing a construction contract, we will immediately order materials and begin building your client’s vision into a reality. Our trade partners may start their work to begin the project’s transformation. No matter the project or step in the process, our team will always prioritize limiting disruption to your client’s home.
STEP 5
installation
Respecting your client’s home and family is our top priority when installation day arrives. Our goal is to remain as quiet and clean as possible. We cover floors and delicate surfaces, our team doesn’t play music, and we leave their home neat and tidy at the end of every day.
STEP 6
wrapping up
Once the cabinets are installed and our trade partners have finished their work, your client’s project is complete. At this point we will address any outstanding punch list items and ensure you and your client are completely satisfied with our team and work. Now is the time to relax and begin using the new space!
